Personality: Bright, and stubbornly cheerful. Only gets very serious when something is terribly wrong. A former street roamer, so she has that sort of attitude and charm.
Background: Cecily was born to a powerful pureblood-suprematist family. Sick of the attitude, ,she ran away from home with her only prized possession- a rosewood violin and bow- when she was nine. For the next two years she roamed the streets, performing her violin and dancing, earning her the street name of "the Dancing Violinist". When she got her letter from Hogwarts, she almost refused, afraid to embrace her wizard heritage, but she got on the Hogwarts Express at Kings Cross Station, with large bags of her supplies and her violin case. She is now a sixth year.
