Backstory: Fenris was not his given name. Back when he attended Hogwarts he was a Latin exchange student names Leto. Bright, charming, daring, it was a shock to himself when he didn't get sorted into Gryffindor, but he enjoyed his time in Slytherin house anyways, making close alliances with many old families. Straight out of school he joined the Dragon keepers, dallied in professional quidditch, and flirt with the idea of becoming an auror. More fearless then he was brave, he became known for hunting down and killing rogue werewolves, his peers and admirers named him for the montrous wolf of legend. He had a habit of hunting other dark creatures, then writing books of his adventures. Unfortunately a botched tangle with a wraith left him injured beyond a healers skill and he stopped chasing down Dark Creatures and accepted Dumbledores offer of a job keeping the dementors in check, and being on hand should the new resident werewolf not... work out as he desired.
